New York Fashion Week- Pyer Moss Collection

Curiosity and excitement fills me before going to a fashion show. Always anxious for eyefuls of fashion, from the streets to the runway. Then there are the times where it goes beyond just a showing of clothes and transcends into deeper messages, the runway utilized as a platform.  Such is the case with attending a Pyer Moss show. Designer Kerby Jean-Raymond ensures that every aspect of the presentation makes a point, and hits a chord. Going into this show I still hadn't shook the previous Bernie vs. Bernie show, touching on issues from police brutality to capitalism. That being said my anticipation for the fall/winter 18 showing was palpable.

Neutral and bold sums up the color palette. Camels and creams were paired with primaries that tied together with crisp whites.  The colors popped off the beautifully hued skin tones of a perfectly cast    crew of models. The collections jacket selection included oversized and fitted pieces. Structured leathers, tailored blazers and sporty puff coats are offering up a stylish and warm Fall 2018.
